Crockett: Pipe Ranch

$2500 a gun

This is a $3000 dollar hunt for only $2500. This is a weekend hunt with lodging and food included. You are allowed to shoot an 8-point, 130 to 145 class buck with 18 to 20 inch spread and two does. The hunt will be guided. Pipe Ranch has 600 acres under high fence. All of the land is mostly hard wood bottom with only 70 acres open. There are eight feeders setup year round and the ranch has been under management for a few years now. The doe/buck ratio is 3 to 1 with many 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 year old does. The ranch is just 25 minutes off I-45 make it very and for Dallas or Houston members.

Wapanucka: Nay Ranch

$9000, 5 hunters, Seasonal lease

Nay ranch has about 3000 acres of beautiful rolling hills in Southeast Oklahoma. This property is loaded with deer, hogs and Turkey. The hogs have Russian in them and are big and toothy. Nay Ranch is bordered by 3 large ranches, two of which do not allow hunting. Lodging is included in the lease. Five mature bucks can be taken this season as well as two does per hunter and hogs. Ducks can be included and Turkey is pending.

Jefferson: Flag Ranch

Flag Ranch is 708 acres just outside Jefferson, Texas. This will be a yearly lease to hunt Deer, Turkey, Hogs and Coyotes. 80% of the 708 acres is piney woods the rest is open pasture. The property is loaded with deer, Turkey and Coyotes. The hogs are hit and miss. A cabin is included with the lease. The cabin does not have electricity, but does have a fireplace. There is plenty of wood on the property to keep you warm. There is a mountain lion on the ranch, which has been spotted many times and photographed once. Call the club office for more details.

Texoma: Karpis Ranch

$1000 a gun

Karpis Ranch has 2 neighboring properties totally 1,750 acres. Ducks, Deer, Geese, and Varmints are available. (Dove pending)
The South property is a few hundred yards from the banks of Lake Texoma. It is more heavily wooded than the north property. It has a creek running through it with many tanks and lakes. Some of the lakes have flooded timber. This side is better for deer hunting, but still has great duck hunting.
The North property is more wide open, but still has plenty of woods. The landowner has built a number of ponds with duck hunting in mind. There are a lot of open wheat, rye and alfalfa fields. Some of the ponds and lakes have lots of flooded timber and areas can be flooded for ducks and geese.
We would like to find a group of 12 hunters who are more focused on ducks, since they are more abundant, with a limited interest in deer. The deer hunting is great, but there isn’t enough mature bucks to go around for everyone in the group. Plenty of does for meat hunts are available.

Del Rio: Mexico Ranch

$4250 a gun

This is a 12,000 acre ranch in Mexico, just west of Del Rio (20 miles). The terrane is desert brush country. There big bucks, lots of quail, Dove, Hogs, etc. This is a yearly lease. The Ranch has a very nice house with a swimming pool and a cook is available for a additional fee.

Oakwood - Birch Creek Ranch

$200 hunt fee + Kill fee, Deer & Hog

Birch Creek Ranch is a 3,300 acre high fence ranch. This is a beautiful ranch that has been under management for about 5 years. It is mostly wooded with open areas for food plots and stands. The ranch is under a level 3 MLD program, which means gun season lasts 4 months, starting at bow season, and you can shoot does any time during the season. You also do not need to use your own deer tag. Lodging is included for two day hunts. The rates are extremely competitive.

$1,700 up to 125 class
$50 an inch up to 140 class
$100 an inch up to 160 class
$200 an inch over 160

Victoria: Alligator Hunt

$2500 gun

7500 acres of swamp land South of Victoria, TX. This is a 3 day guided hunt, with meals and lodging included. This property hasn’t been hunted in the past 65 years. The landowners have spotted alligators that they think are state record size. Contact the Club Office for more details.

Windom: Hembree Farm & Ranch

Geese, Duck, Deer, Dove, Turkey and Hog. See prices below

Hembree Farm & Ranch is 600 acres of coastal bermuda, ponds, tanks, sunflowers that is bordered by a creek and river. The river and creek areas are heavily wooded and total almost 50 acres. 35 acres of the wooded area surrounds the meeting point of the creek and river, making it an ideal spot to place a feeder for deer, turkey and hogs. The wooded area is on the northern tip of the Caddo National Grasslands, which is black land prairie and thick forest. TP&W manages the hunting to the public by offering permits through a computer draw system ensuring the opportunity of a quality buck. We want to take 1 buck and two does off the 35 acre wooded area, so it would be perfect for a one man lease or a father & son lease. Hembree Farm & Ranch also has 40 acres of thick sunflowers with tanks throughout attracting lots of dove. The open bermuda fields and ponds attract a lot of geese and ducks, which would be the majority value of the property.

Prices:
$2500 for entire property, except the dove field
$1700 for duck and geese
$1300 for deer (1 buck, 2 does), turkey (2, fall season only) and hog (unlimited)
$300 a gun for dove, entire season.
